Carioca Breezy, our unique Food-Boat, was built slowly, right here in our garden in Sete Cidades, while we were also bringing the life back to this beautiful place, during 10 intense and meaningful months of hands-on work. We upcycled a real Azorean fishing vessel, weathered by the sea, and gave new life to “Maria de Fátima”—always guided by circular economy principles and the spirit of doing things with care. Much of what you see was done in collaboration with local artisans from our village who share our love for simplicity and sustainability. Built as residents, shaped by community, and rooted in place—this is the visual story behind the space.
